It's just how Microsoft processes these things. There is nothing I can do on my side about this. Although usually they are published at the time the build is pushed via Windows Update, sometimes delays happen. Patch Tuesday refers to the first Tuesday of the month, when updates are usually delivered to Windows stable builds.
